Immerse yourself in the world of Pokémon like never before.
Players had been wondering what’s next for Pokémon ever since the release of the Nintendo Switch console because of its handheld capabilities. Now that we know the first Switch x Pokémon game will be Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Let’s Go, Eevee!, here’s everything you should be aware of before its release on November 16.
Pokémon: Let’s Go will be available exclusively for the Nintendo Switch in two versions, as all Pokémon games have historically been released. Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Let’s Go, Eevee! are essentially remakes of the classic Game Boy Advanced game, Pokémon Yellow, released in 1999, which means that the story will follow the original Pokémon anime.
A cool addition for this latest release is the inclusion of Mega Evolutions! We could possibly even see some Pokémon from other regions as well if this is the case.
Some interesting extras that LG Eevee and LG Pikachu will include are the ability to dress up and play with your Pokémon. This adds a nice touch of customization to the game instead of having the same old Pokémon as everyone else.
Another change to the gameplay is the integration of your Pokémon Go app and the way you catch Pokémon. You will use the same mechanics of “throwing” your Pokéballs in order to catch a new Pokémon. This is a welcome form of interactivity and will likely make you feel fully immersed in the world of Pokémon like never before.
Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee! and Let’s Go, Pikachu! is shaping up to be the best game for Nintendo for old fans and new.
