ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST
Netflix’s cancelling-spree continues with the cancellation of American Vandal after only two seasons.
However, reports have stated that the mockumentary-style series is looking to be picked up by other studios. This is probably because although it’s now cancelled, it was highly acclaimed and even one a Peabody Award.
Then why cancel it? Netflix has recently been looking to create completely in-house content for their streaming service and American Vandal was produced by names such as CBS Television and Funny or Die.
Although it’ll most likely get picked up, we probably won’t see our favorite sleuths, Peter and Sam, for quite some time until the creators figure some things out.
We reviewed Season 1 and Season 2 of American Vandal with high scores for its witty humor and oddly compelling storylines.
